Colonel Aylmer Spicer Cameron, V.C. was born on 12 August 1833 at Christchurch, Hampshire, England.3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. William Gordon Cameron. He married Arabella Piercy Henderson on 30 September 1865.3 He died on 10 June 1909 at age 75 at Alverstoke, Hampshire, England.3
