     Sir Philip Parker, 3rd Bt. was born on 23 March 1682 at Erwarton, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Philip Parker, 2nd Bt. and Mary Fortrey.1 He married Martha East, daughter of William East. He died on 20 January 1741 at age 58 at Whaddon, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1
     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Parker.
