     Sir George Buswell, 1st and last Bt. was born circa 1625.¹ He was the son of George Buswell and Elizabeth Kynnesman.¹ He married Catherine Enyon, daughter of Sir James Enyon, 1st Bt. and Jane Newton, circa 1665.¹ He died on 6 March 1667, without surviving issue.¹ He was buried at Clipston, Northamptonshire, England^G.¹ His will (dated 18 March 1667) was proven (by probate) in 1668, wherein he founded a free school at Clipston.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Buswell, of Clipston, co. Northampton [England] on 7 July 1660.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Northamptonshire from 1662 to 1663.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Eleanor Mary Hargreaves was born on 9 February 1803 at Cliviger, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of John Hargreaves and Charlotte Anne Ormerod.¹ She married Reverend William Thursby, son of John Harvey Thursby and Emma Pigott, on 9 September 1824 at St. Peter’s Church, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She died on 14 December 1883 at age 80 at 6 Brunswick Terrace, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.¹ She was buried at Holmes Chapel, Lancashire, England^G.¹
     From 9 September 1824, her married name became Thursby.¹

     Piers Thursby was born on 30 November 1834 at Broadwell Hill, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Thursby and Eleanor Mary Hargreaves.¹ He was baptised on 22 December 1835 at Broadwell Hill, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He married Mary Godman on 17 August 1864 at Hascombe, Surrey, England^G.¹ He died circa May 1904 at Stow On The Wold, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Mary Godman was born on 2 December 1839 at Hascombe, Surrey, England^G.¹ She was baptised on 29 December 1839 at Hascombe, Surrey, England^G.¹ She married Piers Thursby, son of Reverend William Thursby and Eleanor Mary Hargreaves, on 17 August 1864 at Hascombe, Surrey, England^G.¹
     From 17 August 1864, her married name became Thursby.¹

     Sophia Charlotte Thursby was born on 18 July 1840 at Ormerod House, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She was baptised at Worsthorne, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend William Thursby and Eleanor Mary Hargreaves.¹ She died after 1891.¹

     Elizabeth Kynnesman is the daughter of Harold Kynnesman.¹

     Clara Thursby was born on 13 November 1889 at 37 Ennismore Gardens, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Ormerod Scarlett Thursby, 2nd Bt. and Ella Beatrice Crosse.¹ She was christened on 21 December 1889 at St. Peter’s Church, Eaton Square, London, England^G.¹ She died on 1 June 1940 at age 50 at Cove, Sussex, England^G.¹
