     Anne Worthington was born on 25 November 1795 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 She was the daughter of William Worthington and Martha Evans.1,2 She was baptised on 5 February 1796 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 She married Reverend Roger Bass, son of Michael Thomas Bass and Sarah Hoskyns, on 17 August 1835 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.1,2 She died on 7 February 1857 at age 61.1 She was also reported to have died on 10 February 1859 at Stapenhill Heath, England.2
     From 17 August 1835, her married name became Bass.1

     William Worthington was born on 10 September 1764 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 He was the son of William Worthington and Ann Tarratt.2 He was baptised on 8 October 1764 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 He married Martha Evans, daughter of Henry Evans and Martha Wood, on 28 July 1791 at St. Modwen’s, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 He died on 4 March 1825 at age 60.2 He was buried on 9 March 1825 at Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.2
     He lived at Burton, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1
