     Gerald Hastings Crichton McDouall was born on 1 October 1855.¹ He was the son of John Crichton Stuart McDouall and Ellen Maria Fitzgerald.¹ He married Florence Isabel Stacy, daughter of H. P. Stacy, in 1889.¹ He died in 1909, without issue.¹

     H. P. Stacy lived at Singleton, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Florence Isabel Stacy was the daughter of H. P. Stacy.¹ She married Gerald Hastings Crichton McDouall, son of John Crichton Stuart McDouall and Ellen Maria Fitzgerald, in 1889.¹ She died on 16 June 1912.¹
     From 1889, her married name became McDouall.

     Herbert Crichton McDouall was born on 19 February 1860.¹ He was the son of John Crichton Stuart McDouall and Ellen Maria Fitzgerald.¹ He married Hester Maria Corry Hartigan, daughter of C. S. Hartigan, in 1899.¹ He died on 3 February 1947 at age 86.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Diploma of Public Health (D.P.M.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (M.R.C.S.E.)¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)¹ He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Medal in 1935.¹

     Hester Maria Corry Hartigan was the daughter of C. S. Hartigan.¹ She married Herbert Crichton McDouall, son of John Crichton Stuart McDouall and Ellen Maria Fitzgerald, in 1899.¹ She died in 1942.¹
     From 1899, her married name became McDouall.
