He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising solicitor in 1928.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bull [U.K., 1922] on 23 January 1931.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1

Sir Robert Chichester-Clark was born on 10 January 1928.3 He was the son of Captain James Lenox-Conyngham Chichester-Clark and Marion Caroline Dehra Chichester.3 He married, firstly, Jane Helen Goddard, daughter of Air Marshal Sir Robert Victor Goddard and Mildred Catherine Jane Inglis, on 6 November 1953.3 He and Jane Helen Goddard were divorced in 1972.3 He married, secondly, Caroline Bull, daughter of Colonel Anthony Bull and Barbara Donovan, in 1974.1 He died on 5 August 2016 at age 88.4
