     Elizabeth Belli was born on 2 September 1783.1 She was the daughter of John Belli and Elizabeth Stuart Cockerell.1 She married John Horsley Palmer, son of William Palmer and Mary Horsley, on 16 November 1810.3 She died on 22 June 1839 at age 55.1
     From 16 November 1810, her married name became Palmer.3
