     She raced horses as a sport, and was the only woman listed in the Jockey Club Records as having raced and won against a man.¹ Alicia Meynell and Colonel Thomas Thornton were associated circa 1802.¹

     From 10 June 1967, her married name became Peace.

     Emily Mary Delia Peace was born on 30 March 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Thomas Kirkby Peace and Judith Jane Champion.¹

     Benjamin Kirkby Peace was born on 9 July 1943.¹ He is the son of George Hugh Kirkby Peace and Rhalou Bruce.¹ He married Kathleen Rosemary Denise Cornagh in 1967.¹

     From 1967, her married name became Peace.

     Simon Kirkby Peace was born on 1 December 1968.¹ He is the son of Benjamin Kirkby Peace and Kathleen Rosemary Denise Cornagh.¹

     James Kirkby Peace was born on 23 August 1947.¹ He is the son of George Hugh Kirkby Peace and Rhalou Bruce.¹

     Verily Bruce was born on 12 January 1915.¹ She was the daughter of Rev. Dr. Francis Rosslyn Courtenay Bruce and Rachel Gurney.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Donald Clive Anderson, son of Frank Anderson, on 2 August 1940.¹ She married, secondly, Paul Edward Paget, son of Rt. Rev. Henry Luke Paget and Elma Katie Hoare, on 10 August 1971.² She died on 16 July 2010 at age 95.³
     She was educated at Edgbaston High School for Girls, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ She was in the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry between 1938 and 1941.¹ From 2 August 1940, her married name became Anderson.
