     Sir James O’Hara Brown, 2nd Bt. was born in 1721.¹ He was the son of Colonel James Brown and Catharine Cibber.¹ He married Dorothea Burleigh, daughter of Hercules Burleigh, on 4 June 1759 at St. Mary’s Church, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He died on 21 April 1784.¹ He was buried at St. John’s Church, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in May 1784.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Brown, of the city of Westminster [G.B., 1732] on 5 October 1760.¹
