Geoffrey Delves Broughton, son of Lt.-Col. Delves Broughton and Edith Mary Marion Riall, on 1 September 1913.¹ She died on 14 October 1938.¹
     From June 1909, her married name became Dean-Pitt.¹ From 1 September 1913, her married name became Broughton.¹

     Talbot Stanley Dean-Pitt was born in 1887 at Litchfield, Staffordshire, England.² He was the son of Captain Stanley Talbot Dean-Pitt and Harriet Mary Augusta Williams.^2,3 He married Violet Carnegie Anstey, daughter of Harry Anstey, in June 1909.^1,2 He died in 1912.^1,2
     He was given the name of Stanley Talbot Dean-Pitt at birth.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.²

     Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton was born on 22 June 1915.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Delves Broughton and Violet Carnegie Anstey.¹ He married, firstly, Nancy Rosemary Paterson, daughter of J. E. Paterson, on 28 December 1940.¹ He and Nancy Rosemary Paterson were divorced.¹ He married, secondly, Evelyn Gunn Sutherland, daughter of J. G. Sutherland, on 27 August 1948.¹ He died on 10 February 1963 at age 47.^1,2
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Nancy Rosemary Paterson is the daughter of J. E. Paterson.¹ She married Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton, son of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Delves Broughton and Violet Carnegie Anstey, on 28 December 1940.¹ She and Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton were divorced.¹
     From 28 December 1940, her married name became Broughton.¹

     Evelyn Gunn Sutherland was born on 26 August 1923.² She was the daughter of J. G. Sutherland.¹ She married Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton, son of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Delves Broughton and Violet Carnegie Anstey, on 27 August 1948.¹ She died on 15 November 1999 at age 76.³
     From 27 August 1948, her married name became Broughton.¹

     Sir Geoffrey Delves Broughton, 14th Bt. was born on 7 August 1962.^1,2 He is the son of Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton and Evelyn Gunn Sutherland.¹ He married Karen Louise Wright, daughter of Samuel Thomas Wright, in 1986.¹
     He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Broughton, of Broughton, co. Stafford [E., 1661] on 13 May 2021.

     Karen Louise Wright was born in 1962.² She is the daughter of Samuel Thomas Wright.¹ She married Sir Geoffrey Delves Broughton, 14th Bt., son of Lt.-Cdr. Peter John Delves Broughton and Evelyn Gunn Sutherland, in 1986.¹
