     Lt.-Col. Robert Jackson was born in 1738.¹ He married Charlotte Jane Emma Cosby, daughter of Captain Alexander Cosby and Ann Shorthose, in 1772.¹ He died in 1786.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Alexander Cosby Jackson was born on 16 October 1772.^2,1 He was baptised on 16 October 1772 at Bombay, India.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Jackson and Charlotte Jane Emma Cosby.² He died on 12 April 1827 at age 54.²

     Sir Charles Robert Mitchell Jackson was born in 1813.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Alexander Cosby Jackson.¹ He married Jane Armitage, daughter of Edward Armitage and Sarah Ann Thompson, in 1844 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.² He died in 1874.¹
     He held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [India] in 1859.¹ He held the office of Judge of the High Court of Judicature in 1862.¹ He was Royal Commissioner on the failure of the Bank of Bombay in 1868.¹ He held the office of Auditor of the India Office in 1873.¹

     Sally Jones married Anthony Louis Banks, Baron Stratford.¹
     Her married name became Banks.¹ After her marriage, Sally Jones was styled as Baroness Stratford on 23 June 2005.

     James Chatto is the son of Thomas Chatto Sproule and Rosalind Joan Thompson.¹

     Major Robin Fox was born on 15 July 1913.^2,3 He was the son of Arthur William Fox and Hilda Louise Hanbury.² He married Angela Muriel Darita Worthington, daughter of Frederick Lonsdale.¹ He died on 21 January 1971 at age 57, from cancer.^1,3
     He and Rosalind Joan Thompson were associated.⁴ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹ He was an actor and theatrical agent.¹

     Angela Muriel Darita Worthington was born illegitimately in June 1912.^1,3 She was the daughter of Frederick Lonsdale.¹ She married Major Robin Fox, son of Arthur William Fox and Hilda Louise Hanbury.¹ She died on 4 December 2000 at age 88.³
     Her married name became Fox.¹

     Frederick Lonsdale was born on 5 February 1881 at St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands^G.² He died on 4 April 1954 at age 73 at London, England^G.^3,2
     He was a playwright.¹

     Edward Charles Morice Fox was born on 13 April 1937.¹ He is the son of Major Robin Fox and Angela Muriel Darita Worthington.¹ He married, firstly, Clare Tracy Compton Pélissier, daughter of Harry Anthony Compton Pélissier and Penelope Ann Rachel Ward, in 1958.¹ He and Clare Tracy Compton Pélissier were divorced in 1961.¹ He married, secondly, Joanna Elizabeth Hacking, daughter of John Almond Hacking and Davida Elizabeth Nesbitt, in July 2004 at St. George’s Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England^G.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He was an actor.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Clare Tracy Compton Pélissier was born on 21 September 1942 at London, England^G.² She is the daughter of Harry Anthony Compton Pélissier and Penelope Ann Rachel Ward.¹ She married, firstly, Edward Charles Morice Fox, son of Major Robin Fox and Angela Muriel Darita Worthington, in 1958.¹ She and Edward Charles Morice Fox were divorced in 1961.¹ She married, secondly, Neil Hallett after 1961.¹ She and Neil Hallett were divorced on 2 December 1973.¹ She married, thirdly, William Nicholson Simpson on 17 April 1974.³ She married, fourthly, Christopher M.      She was an actress.¹ Clare Tracy Compton Pélissier used the stage-name of Tracey Reed.¹ From 1982, her married name became McCabe.⁴
