Sir John Chetwode, 4th Bt.1 
He gained the title of 4th Baronet Chetwode, of Oakley, co. Stafford [E., 1700] on 25 May 1779.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Cheshire in 1789.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Newcastle-under-Lyme from July 1815 to 1818.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckingham between 1841 and 1845.4 He had eleven other children.5
