     William Fenton Fletcher Boughey was born on 9 November 1814.1 He was the son of Sir John Fenton Boughey, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Dorothy Chetwode.1 He married Caroline Cubitt, daughter of Reverend Benjamin Lucas Cubitt and Emma Holyoak, on 30 April 1874.1 He died on 14 July 1890 at age 75.1
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Recorder of Shrewsbury between 1867 and 1879.1 He was stipendiary magistrate of South Staffordshire between 1879 and 1885.1

     Caroline Cubitt was born circa 1840 at Bucklesham, Suffolk, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Benjamin Lucas Cubitt and Emma Holyoak.1,2 She married William Fenton Fletcher Boughey, son of Sir John Fenton Boughey, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Dorothy Chetwode, on 30 April 1874.1 She died on 22 March 1913.1
     From 30 April 1874, her married name became Boughey.1
