     Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 2nd Bt. was born on 19 May 1670 at The Strand, St. Mary le Savoy, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 1st Bt. and Jane Cæsar.¹ He married Katherine Butler, daughter of James Butler and Grace Caldecot, on 8 December 1695 at King Street Chapel, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He died on 17 October 1731 at age 61 at Twickenham, London, England^G.¹ He was buried on 22 October 1731 at Ridge, England^G.¹ His will (dated 19 November 1729) was proven (by probate) on 20 October 1731.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Blount, of Tittenhanger, co. Hertford [E., 1680] on 30 June 1697.¹

     Katherine Butler was baptised on 8 April 1676 at Amberley, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of James Butler and Grace Caldecot.¹ She married Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 1st Bt. and Jane Cæsar, on 8 December 1695 at King Street Chapel, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ She died on 20 December 1752 at age 76.¹ She was buried at Ridge, England^G.¹
     From 8 December 1695, her married name became Blount.¹

     James Butler lived at Thakeham, Sussex, England^G.¹ He lived at Amberley Castle, Amberley, Sussex, England.¹

     Grace Caldecot is the daughter of Richard Caldecot.¹

     Thomas Pope Blount was born on 19 June 1700 at Park Place, St. James’s, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 2nd Bt. and Katherine Butler.¹ He died on 30 January 1701/2 at age 1.¹ He was buried on 2 February 1701/2 at Ridge, England^G.¹

     Sir Harry Pope Blount, 3rd Bt. was born on 13 September 1702 at St. James’s Street, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 2nd Bt. and Katherine Butler.¹ He married Anne Cornwallis, daughter of Charles Cornwallis, on 19 September 1728 at St. Peter’s, Cornhill, London, England^G.¹ He died on 8 October 1757 at age 55, without issue.¹ He was buried at Ridge, England^G.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 18 July 1720.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Blount, of Tittenhanger, co. Hertford [E., 1680] on 17 October 1731.¹
     He was “a diligent and faithful antiquary.”¹

     Anne Cornwallis was born circa 1704.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Cornwallis.¹ She married Sir Harry Pope Blount, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Pope Blount, 2nd Bt. and Katherine Butler, on 19 September 1728 at St. Peter’s, Cornhill, London, England^G.¹ She died on 29 September 1761 at Wild Hill, Bishop’s Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ She was buried at Ridge, England^G.¹ She died intestate and her estate was administered to a creditor on 14 October 1761.¹
     From 19 September 1728, her married name became Blount.¹
