     Constance Stanley was born in 1900 at Lewisham, London, England^G.² She is the daughter of Alphonse Frederick Stanley and Ruth Jaggs.^1,2

     Sir Robert Stanley was the son of William Stanley, 6th Earl of Derby and Lady Elizabeth de Vere.¹ He married Elizabeth Gorges, daughter of Sir Arthur Gorges and Lady Elizabeth Clinton.²

     Elizabeth Gorges was the daughter of Sir Arthur Gorges and Lady Elizabeth Clinton.^2,1 She married, firstly, Sir Robert Stanley, son of William Stanley, 6th Earl of Derby and Lady Elizabeth de Vere.² She married, secondly, Theophilus Clinton, 4th Earl of Lincoln, son of Thomas Clinton, 3rd Earl of Lincoln and Elizabeth Knyvett.² She died circa May 1675.²
     After her marriage, Elizabeth Gorges was styled as Countess of Lincoln. Her married name became Clinton.² Her married name became Stanley.¹

     Sir Charles Stanley was the son of Sir Robert Stanley and Elizabeth Gorges.¹ He married Hon. Jane Widdrington, daughter of William Widdrington, 1st Baron Widdrington of Blankney and Mary Thorold.²
     He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.)² He lived at Chelsea, London, England^G.¹ His issue became extinct.¹

     James Stanley was the son of Sir Robert Stanley and Elizabeth Gorges.¹
     He had two sons, who both died young.¹

     Ferdinand Stanley was the son of Sir Robert Stanley and Elizabeth Gorges.¹ He died, young.¹

     Francis Horatio Lloyd was the son of Sir Horatio Lloyd.¹ He married Mary Kathleen Fanny Stanley, daughter of Charles Geoffrey Stanley and Agnes Nina Rigby, on 22 October 1894.¹ He died in 1920.¹

     Poppy Ferguson married Henry Edmund Stanley, son of Charles Geoffrey Stanley and Agnes Nina Rigby.¹
     Her married name became Stanley.¹
