     Sir Robert Throckmorton, 4th Bt. was born on 21 August 1702.¹ He was baptised on 22 August 1702 at Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Throckmorton, 3rd Bt. and Mary Yate.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Theresa Herbert, daughter of William Herbert, 2nd Marquess of Powis and Mary Preston, before 1721.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Collingwood, daughter of George Collingwood, in January 1737/38.¹ He married, thirdly, Lucy Heywood, daughter of James Heywood and Mary Elton, in 1763.¹ He died on 8 December 1791 at age 89.¹ He was buried at Coughton, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in February 1792.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co. Warwick [E., 1642] on 8 March 1720/21.¹

     Sir Robert Throckmorton, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 January 1662 at Moorhall, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Anne Monson.¹ He married Mary Yate, daughter of Sir Charles Yate, 3rd Bt. and Frances Gage, at Coughton Court, Warwickshire, England.^1,2 He died on 8 March 1720/21 at age 59.¹ He was buried on 15 March 1720/21 at Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in 1721.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co. Warwick [E., 1642] on 7 November 1680.¹ He was admitted to Gray’s Inn on 15 January 1682/83.¹

     Sir Francis Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. was born in 1641.³ He was the son of Sir Robert Throckmorton, 1st Bt. and Mary Smith.¹ He married Anne Monson, daughter of John Monson and Anne Mayne.¹ He died on 7 November 1680.⁴ He was buried at Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire, England^G.⁴ His will was proven (by probate) in 1681.⁴
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co. Warwick [E., 1642] on 16 January 1650.¹

     Sir Robert Throckmorton, 1st Bt. was the son of John Throckmorton and Agnes Wilford.² He married, firstly, Dorothy Fortescue, daughter of Sir John Fortescue.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Smith, daughter of Sir Francis Smyth and Anne Markham.¹ He died on 16 January 1650.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co. Warwick [England] on 1 September 1642.³

     John Throckmorton was the son of Thomas Throckmorton and Margaret Whorwood.^1,2 He married Agnes Wilford, daughter of Thomas Wilford.² He died before 1615.³
     He also had three other daughters, who died unmarried.²

     Thomas Throckmorton was born in 1533.² He was the son of Sir Robert Throckmorton and Muriel Berkeley.³ He married Margaret Whorwood, daughter of Sir William Whorwood and Margaret Brooke.³ He died on 13 March 1614.¹
     He lived at Coughton, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Thomas Englefield married Elizabeth Throckmorton, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Throckmorton and Catherine Marrow.¹

     Sir George Throckmorton was born in 1482.² He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Throckmorton and Catherine Marrow.³ He married Katherine Vaux, daughter of Nicholas Vaux, 1st Baron Vaux of Harrowden and Elizabeth FitzHugh, in 1510 at Great Harrowden, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, England.^3,4 He died on 6 August 1552.²
     He lived at Coughton, Warwickshire, England^G.⁵ He held the office of High Sheriff of Warwickshire in 1526/27.³ He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire in 1543/44.³

     Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Throckmorton was born in 1451.² He was the son of Sir Thomas Throckmorton and Margaret Olney.¹ He married, firstly, Catherine Marrow, daughter of Sir William Marrow.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Baynham, daughter of Thomas Baynham and Alice Walwyn, after 1502.¹ He died in 1519, while on a pilgrimage to the Holy Lands.^2,1
     He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.)¹ He was appointed Privy Councillor (P.C.)¹
