     His name was legally changed to Peter de Casa Maury.1 He gained the title of Marques de Casa Maury.1

     Violet Hilda Margaret Birkin was born on 19 March 1899.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Charles Wilfred Birkin and Claire Lloyd Howe.1 She married, firstly, Major Douglas Holden Blew-Jones, son of Walter Bethune Blew-Jones, on 17 December 1918.1 She married, secondly, Geoffrey Hoare in 1949.1 She died on 14 June 1953 at age 54.1
     From 17 December 1918, her married name became Blew-Jones.1 From 1949, her married name became Hoare.1
