     Maj.-Gen. Sir Stanley de Astel Calvert Clarke was born in 1837.³ He was the son of Colonel John Frederick Sales Clarke. He married Mary Temple Rose, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Rose, 1st Bt. and Charlotte Temple, on 15 September 1867.⁴ He died on 29 November 1911.⁴
     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He lived at The Ranger’s Lodge, Hyde Park, London, England^G.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Royal Victorian Order (G.C.V.O.)¹ He held the office of Clerk Marshal and Chief Equerry to HM King Edward VII.¹ He held the office of Serjeant-at-Arms of the House of Lords between 1910 and 1911.¹

     Frank Brian Frederic Bibby was born on 15 December 1893.¹ He was the son of Frank Bibby and Edith Mary Clarke.¹ He married Ethel Mildred Cook, daughter of Thomas Reginald Hague Cook, on 2 December 1919.¹ He died on 21 July 1929 at age 35.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Life Guards.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Shropshire Yeomanry.¹ He was Master Foxhounds, North Shropshire between 1925 and 1929.¹ He lived at Sansaw, Clive, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Hardwicke Grange, Hadnall, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Shropshire in 1929.¹

     Cynthia Joan Bibby was born on 2 October 1921.¹ She was the daughter of Frank Brian Frederic Bibby and Ethel Mildred Cook.¹ She married Captain Noel Dennis Thompson, son of Claude William George Hugh Thompson, on 26 September 1945.¹ She died on 5 February 1971 at age 49.¹
     From 26 September 1945, her married name became Thompson.¹

     Captain Noel Dennis Thompson was the son of Claude William George Hugh Thompson.¹ He married Cynthia Joan Bibby, daughter of Frank Brian Frederic Bibby and Ethel Mildred Cook, on 26 September 1945.¹ He died on 17 January 1967.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Yorkshire Hussars.¹
