Norfolk, Royal Field Artillery.4 He fought in the Boer War in 1901.4 In 1905 Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.)3 He was created 1st Baronet Hare, of Stow Hall, Stow Bardolf, Norfolk [U.K.] on 21 December 1905.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk.4 He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk.4
