     Reverend John William de la Poer Beresford-Peirse was born on 12 June 1883.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard.¹ He died on 31 January 1956 at age 72, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Lichfield Theological College, Lichfield, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Chaplain of the Forces, 4th class in 1918.¹ He was assistant priest at St. Augustine’s Church, Hull, Yorkshire, England^G. He was Hon. Chaplain to the Bishop of Kimberley.¹

     Sybil Georgiana Mary Beresford-Peirse was born on 13 October 1878.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard.¹ She died on 9 December 1893 at age 15.¹

     Ethel Mary Beresford-Peirse was born on 18 May 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard.¹

     Henrietta Smith-Dodsworth was born in 1854.² She was the daughter of Sir Matthew Smith-Dodsworth, 4th Bt. and Anne Julia Crowder.^1,3 She married Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt., son of Henry William de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Henrietta Anne Theodosia Monson, on 23 January 1886.¹ She died on 1 November 1926.¹
     From 23 January 1886, her married name became Beresford-Peirse.¹ She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.³

     Sir Matthew Smith-Dodsworth, 4th Bt. was born on 6 February 1819.² He is the son of Sir Charles Dodsworth, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Armstrong.² He married Anne Julia Crowder, daughter of Colonel John Crowder and Eliza Pulleyn Mosley, on 23 September 1852.² He died on 30 April 1858 at age 39.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Smith, of Newland Park and Thornton Watlass, co. York [G.B., 1784] on 28 July 1857.¹

     Dorothy Harriet Julia Beresford-Peirse was born on 3 July 1894.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Henrietta Smith-Dodsworth.¹ She married Commander Geoffrey Thomas Wright on 8 June 1922.¹ She died, leaving issue.¹
     From 8 June 1922, her married name became Wright.¹

     Reverend Peter de la Poer Beresford-Peirse was born on 27 August 1907.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Bernard de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 4th Bt. and Lady Mabel Marjorie Campbell.¹ He married Muriel Griffiths, daughter of Joseph Griffiths, on 26 November 1940.¹ He died in 1984.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was the Vicar between 1948 and 1954 at Overbury, England^G.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1954 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1954 and 1962 at Richmond, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He was the Rector in 1962 at Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Muriel Griffiths was the daughter of Joseph Griffiths.¹ She married Reverend Peter de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, son of Sir Henry Bernard de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 4th Bt. and Lady Mabel Marjorie Campbell, on 26 November 1940.¹ She died on 1 August 1997.¹
     From 26 November 1940, her married name became Beresford-Peirse.¹
