     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 12th Royal Lancers.¹

     Lady Katherine Lilian Edgcumbe was born on 1 May 1910.² She was the daughter of Kenelm William Edward Edgcumbe, 6th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe and Lilian Agnes Arkwright.^1,2 She married, firstly, G/Capt. Francis Campbell de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, son of Reverend Richard Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Lady Lilian Katherine Campbell, on 1 August 1936.¹ She and G/Capt. Francis Campbell de la Poer Beresford-Peirse were divorced in 1957.¹ She married, secondly, R. Gabbett Mulhallen after 1957.² She died in 1989.^2,3
     Her married name became Beresford-Peirse. From after 1957, her married name became Mulhallen.²

     G/Capt. Francis Campbell de la Poer Beresford-Peirse was born on 26 April 1911.¹ He was the son of Reverend Richard Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Lady Lilian Katherine Campbell.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Katherine Lilian Edgcumbe, daughter of Kenelm William Edward Edgcumbe, 6th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe and Lilian Agnes Arkwright, on 1 August 1936.¹ He and Lady Katherine Lilian Edgcumbe were divorced in 1957.¹ He married, secondly, Kathleen Graham Machattio, daughter of Charles Machattio, in 1958.¹ He married, thirdly, Dorothea Margaret Hemsworth Eddison in 1976 at Northallerton, Yorkshire, England.² He died on 11 January 1986 at age 74 at Cleveland, Yorkshire, England.^1,3

     Reverend Richard Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse was born on 6 August 1876.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Lilian Katherine Campbell, daughter of Frederick Archibald Vaughan Campbell of Cawdor, 3rd Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin and Edith Georgiana Turnor, on 21 July 1910.¹ He married, secondly, Katherine Mabel Helen Scarlett, daughter of William James Yorke Scarlett and Mabel Sydney Augusta Katherine Annesley, on 4 September 1924.¹ He died on 13 March 1952 at age 75.¹

     Lady Lilian Katherine Campbell was born on 13 July 1879.² She was the daughter of Frederick Archibald Vaughan Campbell of Cawdor, 3rd Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin and Edith Georgiana Turnor.¹ She married Reverend Richard Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, son of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard, on 21 July 1910.¹ She died on 2 January 1918 at age 38.¹
     Her married name became Beresford-Peirse.

     Katherine Mabel Helen Scarlett was born in 1895 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of William James Yorke Scarlett and Mabel Sydney Augusta Katherine Annesley.^1,2 She married Reverend Richard Windham de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, son of Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. and Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard, on 4 September 1924.¹ She died on 25 January 1974.¹
     Her married name became Beresford-Peirse.

     William James Yorke Scarlett was born on 16 February 1872 at County Galway, Ireland.^2,3 He was the son of Lt.-Col. William James Scarlett and Henrietta Catherine Low.^2,3 He married Mabel Sydney Augusta Katherine Annesley, daughter of Hon. Algernon Arthur Sydney Annesley and Helen Sydney Richards, on 20 April 1893.² He died in 1954.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Argyllshire.⁴ He lived at Fyfield House, Andover, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt. was born on 25 September 1850.¹ He was the son of Henry William de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Henrietta Anne Theodosia Monson.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard, daughter of Francis Bernard, 3rd Earl of Bandon and Catherine Mary Whitmore, on 11 November 1873.² He married, secondly, Henrietta Smith-Dodsworth, daughter of Sir Matthew Smith-Dodsworth, 4th Bt. and Anne Julia Crowder, on 23 January 1886.² He died on 8 July 1926 at age 75.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Beresford, of Bagnall, co. Waterford [U.K., 1814] on 11 February 1873.² He held the office of County Councillor for North Yorkshire.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)²

     Lady Adelaide Mary Lucy Bernard was born on 2 September 1846.² She was the daughter of Francis Bernard, 3rd Earl of Bandon and Catherine Mary Whitmore.¹ She married Sir Henry Monson de la Poer Beresford-Peirse, 3rd Bt., son of Henry William de la Poer Beresford-Peirse and Henrietta Anne Theodosia Monson, on 11 November 1873.¹ She died on 29 September 1884 at age 38.¹
     Her married name became Beresford-Peirse.

     Rt. Rev. and Hon. Charles Brodrick Bernard was born on 4 January 1811.² He was the son of James Bernard, 2nd Earl of Bandon and Mary Susan Albinia Brodrick.³ He married Hon. Jane Grace Dorothea Evans-Freke, daughter of Percy Evans-Freke and Dorothea Harvey, on 25 July 1843.¹ He died on 31 January 1890 at age 79.³
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ Bishop of Tuam.¹
