     From 8 June 1925, her married name became Baynes.¹

     Edward Giles was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)¹

     Sir Thomas John Sebastian Bazley, 4th Bt. was born on 31 August 1948.¹ He is the son of Sir Thomas Stafford Bazley, 3rd Bt. and Carmen Tulla.¹
     He was educated at St. Christopher’s School, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours (B.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bazley, of Hatherop, co. Gloucester [U.K., 1869] on 14 April 1997.¹ He lived in 2003 at Eastleach Downs, Farmhouse, Eastleach Martin, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Sir Thomas Stafford Bazley, 3rd Bt. was born on 5 October 1907.¹ He was the son of Gardner Sebastian Bazley and Ruth Evelyn Howard.¹ He married Carmen Tulla, daughter of Jacinto Tulla, on 15 October 1945.¹ He died on 14 April 1997 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bazley, of Hatherop, co. Gloucester [U.K., 1869] on 5 January 1919.¹ He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in the Intelligence Services and Ministry of Information.¹ He was the founder of Marigold Health Foods.¹

     Sir Thomas Bazley, 1st Bt. was born on 27 May 1797.¹ He was the son of Thomas Bazley and Anne Hinton.¹ He married Mary Maria Sarah Nash, daughter of Sebastian Nash, on 2 June 1828.¹ He died on 18 March 1885 at age 87.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.¹ He was appointed Officier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Gloucestershire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Manchester between 1857 and 1880.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bazley, of Hatherop, co. Gloucester [U.K.] on 30 November 1869.¹ He lived at Tolmers, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹

     Thomas Bazley was born on 15 January 1773.¹ He was the son of John Bazley.¹ He married Anne Hinton, daughter of C. Hinton.¹
     He had mathematical and literary interests.¹ He was a merchant.¹

     John Bazley died after 1759.¹

     Anne Hinton is the daughter of C. Hinton.¹ She married Thomas Bazley, son of John Bazley.¹
     Her married name became Bazley.¹

     Mary Maria Sarah Nash was the daughter of Sebastian Nash.¹ She married Sir Thomas Bazley, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Bazley and Anne Hinton, on 2 June 1828.¹ She died on 22 August 1897.¹
     From 2 June 1828, her married name became Bazley.¹
