     Christoph Joseph Clemens Maria Herzog in Bayern was born on 22 April 1879 at Schloss Biederstein^G. He was the son of Maximilian Emanuel Herzog in Bayern and Marie Luise Amalie Prinzessin von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld. He married Anna Sibig on 14 May 1924. He died on 10 July 1963 at age 84.
     He gained the title of Herzog in Bayern.

     Hon. Helen Charlotte Scarlett was born on 18 August 1866.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder.¹ She married Nicholas John Charlton on 15 July 1885.¹ She died on 8 April 1948 at age 81.¹
     From 15 July 1885, her married name became Charlton.¹

     Nicholas John Charlton was born in 1847.² He married Hon. Helen Charlotte Scarlett, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder, on 15 July 1885.¹ He died in 1892.¹
     He lived at Chilwell Hall, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Evalina Scarlett was born on 9 August 1867.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder.¹ She married, firstly, Major Henry Wykeham Brooke Tunstall Haverfield on 10 February 1887.¹ She married, secondly, Brig.-Gen. John Henry Balguy on 19 July 1899.¹ She died on 21 March 1920 at age 52.¹
     From 10 February 1887, her married name became Haverfield.¹ From 19 July 1899, her married name became Balguy.¹ In 1899 her name was legally changed to Evalina Haverfield by Deed Poll.¹

     Major Henry Wykeham Brooke Tunstall Haverfield was born in 1847.² He married Hon. Evalina Scarlett, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder, on 10 February 1887.¹ He died on 19 January 1895.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Brig.-Gen. John Henry Balguy married, firstly, Mary Nicholson on 3 February 1885 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Westminster, London, England.² He married, secondly, Hon. Evalina Scarlett, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder, on 19 July 1899.¹ He died on 27 December 1933.¹
     He lived at Duffield, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Brockhampton, Dorset, England^G.³ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Hon. Gertrude Constance Scarlett was born on 28 October 1868.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Frederick Scarlett, 3rd Baron Abinger and Helen Magruder.¹ She died on 8 June 1869.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Hon. Sir James Yorke Scarlett was born on 1 February 1799 at Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of James Scarlett, 1st Baron Abinger and Louise Henrietta Campbell.¹ He married Charlotte Anne Hargreaves, daughter of John Hargreaves, on 19 December 1835.¹ He died on 6 December 1871 at age 72 at Bank Hall, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.^3,2
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 6th Dragoon Guards.¹ He gained the rank of General in the Heaby Brigade.¹ He fought in the Crimean War. He was awarded the Commandeur, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Medjidie Turkish.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)¹ He was Commander-in-Chief of the Aldershot Division.¹

     Charlotte Anne Hargreaves was born circa 1806.¹ She was the daughter of John Hargreaves.¹ She married Brig.-Gen. Hon. Sir James Yorke Scarlett, son of James Scarlett, 1st Baron Abinger and Louise Henrietta Campbell, on 19 December 1835.¹ She died on 9 February 1888.¹
     From 19 December 1835, her married name became Scarlett.¹

     John Hargreaves lived at Bank Hall, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He lived at Ormerod House, Worsthorne, Lancashire, England^G.¹
