     Elizabeth Garrett is the daughter of William Garrett.¹ She married Admiral Sir Robert Barlow, son of William Barlow and Hilare Butcher, on 8 September 1785.¹
     From 8 September 1785, her married name became Barlow.¹

     William Garrett lived at Worthing House, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Robert Barlow was born on 26 December 1788.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir Robert Barlow and Elizabeth Garrett.¹ He married Catherine Bird, daughter of William Wilberforce Bird, on 17 April 1813.¹ He died on 18 March 1845 at age 56.¹
     He was in the Bengal Civil Service.¹
