Frances Willoughby1 
From before 1678, her married name became Harpur.1 From 25 August 1679, her married name became Kirkhoven.1 After her marriage, Frances Willoughby was styled as Baroness Wotton on 25 August 1679. After her marriage, Frances Willoughby was styled as Countess of Bellomont on 9 December 1680. From 3 July 1684, her married name became Heveningham.1

William Willoughby, 6th Baron Willoughby of Parham1 
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.5 He was admitted to Middle Temple.5 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Willoughby of Parham, co. Suffolk [E., 1547] on 24 July 1666.5 He held the office of Captain-General and Governor of Caribbee Islands from January 1666/67 to 1673.5 His last will was dated 18 May 1672.4
