     Reverend George Augustus Baker was born on 27 January 1788.² He was the son of Sir Robert Baker, 1st Bt. and Dinah Hayley.¹ He married Sophia Sherston, daughter of Peter Sherston, on 9 May 1812.² He died on 4 March 1866 at age 78.²
     He was the Rector at Ibstone-cum-Fingest, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Henry Sherston Baker was born on 20 May 1814.² He was the son of Reverend George Augustus Baker and Sophia Sherston.^1,3 He married Maria Martha Burke, daughter of John Burke, in May 1842.² He died on 26 April 1875 at age 60.¹
     He was a barrister.¹

     Maria Martha Burke was the daughter of John Burke.¹ She married Henry Sherston Baker, son of Reverend George Augustus Baker and Sophia Sherston, in May 1842.² She died on 9 March 1897.²
     From May 1842, her married name became Baker.¹

     John Burke lived at York Place, Marylebone, London, England^G.¹ He lived at County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹

     Sir George Edward Dunstan Sherston Baker, 4th Bt. was born on 19 March 1846.¹ He was the son of Henry Sherston Baker and Maria Martha Burke.¹ He was also reported to have been born on 19 May 1846.² He married, secondly, Mary Josephine Bacchus, daughter of Henry Bacchus, on 19 February 1912.³ He married, thirdly, Emmeline Margaret Rose Andrews, daughter of James Andrews, on 4 August 1920.¹ He married, firstly, Jane Mary Fegen, daughter of Frederick James Fegen, on 3 June 1873.² He died on 15 March 1923 at age 76.³
     He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1871 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Baker, of Dunstable House, Richmond, Surrey [G.B., 1796] on 12 February 1877.² He was an associate of the Institût de droit International in 1879.¹ He held the office of Recorder of Helston between 1886 and 1889.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.² He held the office of Recorder of Barnstaple and Bideford in 1889.¹ He was Examiner Preliminary Exams four Inns of Court between 1894 and 1901.² He was Revising Barrister Cornwall between 1898 and 1901.² He held the office of Judge of the County Courts between 1901 and 1923.¹ He lived at Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England.²

     Emmeline Margaret Rose Andrews was the daughter of James Andrews.¹ She married Sir George Edward Dunstan Sherston Baker, 4th Bt., son of Henry Sherston Baker and Maria Martha Burke, on 4 August 1920.¹ She died on 13 December 1950.²
     From 4 August 1920, her married name became Baker.¹

     Sir George Baker, 1st Bt. was born circa 1723.¹ He was the son of Reverend George Baker and Bridget Harris.² He married Jane Morris, daughter of Roger Morris and Elizabeth Jackson, on 28 June 1768 at St. James’s, Westminster, London, England^G.³ He died on 15 June 1809.¹ He was buried on 24 June 1809 at St. James’s, Westminster, London, England^G.³
     He graduated in 1745 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated in 1749 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He graduated in 1756 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1757.¹ He held the office of Physician to the household of the Queen Consort before 1776.³ He held the office of Physician to the household of King George III between 1776 and 1798.³ He was created 1st Baronet Baker, of Loventor in Totnes, Devon [Great Britain] on 19 September 1776.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)³ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)³ He held the office of President of the College of Physicians, London between 1785 and 1795.³

     Jane Morris was the daughter of Roger Morris and Elizabeth Jackson.¹ She married Sir George Baker, 1st Bt., son of Reverend George Baker and Bridget Harris, on 28 June 1768 at St. James’s, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ She died on 13 July 1813.¹
     From 28 June 1768, her married name became Baker.¹

     Roger Morris married, secondly, Elizabeth Jackson, daughter of Philip Jackson and Jane Vandeput.¹
