Sir Francis Ashby, 1st and last Bt.1 
He was admitted to Gray’s Inn in 1607.1 He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 9 February 1609/10.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 2 July 1612 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was appointed Knight on 2 September 1617 at Ashby-de-la-Zouche, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 He was created 1st Baronet Ashby, of Harfield, co. Middlesex [England] on 18 June 1622.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
