Philip Anstruther1 
Philip Anstruther was born on 26 May 1802.1 He was the son of Colonel Robert Anstruther and Anne Nairne.1 He married Mary Frances Stewart-Mackenzie, daughter of Rt. Hon. James Alexander Stewart-Mackenzie and Hon. Mary Frederica Elizabeth Mackenzie, on 27 July 1838.1 He died on 22 May 1862 at age 59.1
He held the office of Colonial Secretary of Ceylon.1

Mary Frances Stewart-Mackenzie was born on 16 November 1819.3 She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. James Alexander Stewart-Mackenzie and Hon. Mary Frederica Elizabeth Mackenzie.1,4 She married Philip Anstruther, son of Colonel Robert Anstruther and Anne Nairne, on 27 July 1838.1 She died on 31 December 1913 at age 94.1
From 27 July 1838, her married name became Anstruther.1
