Sir James Hamlyn Williams Williams-Drummond, 4th Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Forbes-Drummond, of Hawthornden, Midlothian [U.K., 1828] on 10 May 1866.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1877 in the Grenadier Guards.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1885.2 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the Carmarthen Royal Field Artillery.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Carmarthenshire.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Midlothian.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1909.2
