     He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a barrister.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Academy of Music (F.R.A.M.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1924.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northamptonshire.¹ He lived at Littlecourt, Farthingstone, Northamptonshire, England^G.³

     Alexandra Georgette Christian was born in 1865.² She was the daughter of Ewan Christian and Caroline Whitaker.^1,2 She married Philip Leslie Agnew, son of Sir William Agnew, 1st Bt. and Mary Kenworthy, on 12 November 1889 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, England^G.³ She died on 12 June 1957.²
     From 12 November 1889, her married name became Agnew.¹

     Ewan Christian was born on 23 September 1833 at Malta^G.² He was the son of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie.³ He married Caroline Whitaker, daughter of Joseph Whitaker, on 10 September 1864.⁴ He died on 16 December 1870 at age 37 at Palermo, Sicily, Italy^G.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.⁴ He lived at Alexandria, Egypt^G.¹

     Ewan Siegfried Agnew was born on 12 July 1893.¹ He was the son of Philip Leslie Agnew and Alexandra Georgette Christian.¹ He married, firstly, Marion Loughborough, daughter of Frank Loughborough, on 14 February 1917.¹ He and Marion Loughborough were divorced in 1929.¹ He married, secondly, Constance Mary Newell, daughter of Frederick Newell, on 23 January 1929.¹ He died on 8 March 1930 at age 36.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 5th Lancers (Special Reserve.)¹

     Marion Loughborough was born at Swanston, Whitchurch^G.² She is the daughter of Frank Loughborough.¹ She married Ewan Siegfried Agnew, son of Philip Leslie Agnew and Alexandra Georgette Christian, on 14 February 1917.¹ She and Ewan Siegfried Agnew were divorced in 1929.¹
     She was also known as Marion Pearson.² From 14 February 1917, her married name became Agnew.¹

     Constance Mary Newell was the daughter of Frederick Newell.² She married, firstly, Ewan Siegfried Agnew, son of Philip Leslie Agnew and Alexandra Georgette Christian, on 23 January 1929.¹ She married, secondly, Theodore Rosser Kerby on 24 December 1937.¹ She died on 10 May 1954.¹
     From 23 January 1929, her married name became Agnew.¹ From 24 December 1937, her married name became Kerby.¹

     Theodore Rosser Kerby married Constance Mary Newell, daughter of Frederick Newell, on 24 December 1937.¹
     He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹

     Christine Elaine Agnew was born on 15 January 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Philip Leslie Agnew and Alexandra Georgette Christian.¹ She died on 13 November 1896.¹

     Enid Jocelyn Agnew was born on 13 July 1898.¹ She was the daughter of Philip Leslie Agnew and Alexandra Georgette Christian.¹ She married Captain Roger Evans, son of Roger Evans, on 22 November 1919.¹ She died on 20 February 1921 at age 22.¹
     From 22 November 1919, her married name became Evans.¹
