     Isabella Cunard was born in 1827.1 She was the daughter of Sir Samuel Cunard, 1st Bt. and Susan Duffus.1 She married Henry Holden, son of Robert Holden and Mary Anne Drury-Lowe, in 1850 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, CanadaG.2 She died in 1894.1
     From 1850, her married name became Holden.1

     Henry Holden was born on 26 August 1823 at Locks Park, Spondon, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Robert Holden and Mary Anne Drury-Lowe.2 He married Isabella Cunard, daughter of Sir Samuel Cunard, 1st Bt. and Susan Duffus, in 1850 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, CanadaG.2 He died on 1 February 1900 at age 76.2
     Henry Holden also went by the nick-name of ‘Hell-fire Jack’.2 He was Chief Constable of Nottinghamshire between 1856 and 1892.2
