Maurice Berkeley, 3rd Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven1 
He was created 1st Baronet Berkeley, of Bruton, co. Somerset [England] on 2 July 1660.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wells between 1661 and 1679.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven, co. Kerry [I., 1663] on 12 June 1668.2 His last will was dated from 22 April 1690 to 3 May 1690.
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.3

Charles Berkeley, 1st Earl of Falmouth was baptised on 11 January 1629/30 at Bruton, Somerset, EnglandG.3 He was the son of Charles Berkeley, 2nd Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven and Penelope Godolphin.1,4 He married Mary Bagot, daughter of Colonel Hervey Bagot and Dorothy Arden, on 18 December 1664.5 He died in 1665, without issue.1
He was created 1st Baron Berkeley of Rathdowne, co. Wicklow [Ireland] on 1 July 1663, with a special remainder to his father.3 He was created 1st Baron Fitzhardinge of Berehaven, co. Kerry [Ireland] on 1 July 1663, with a special remainder to his father.3 He was created 1st Earl of Falmouth [England] on 17 March 1663/64.5 He was created 1st Baron Botetourt of Langport, co. Somerset [England] on 17 March 1663/64.1,5 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.6
