Sir John Barry, 2nd Lord Barry1 
He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Barry [I., c. 1261] in 1278.1 On 1 July 1283 a distaint was served on him by the Lord Justiciar [Ireland] to compel him to receive a khighthood.1 In 1284 he surrendered Olethan to his brother David.1 In 1285 he surrendered Muscry-Donnegan to his brother David.1
