     Garret ‘Dowlagh’ Barry is the son of John Barry.¹
     He lived at Tanestown, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Rathbarry, Ireland^G.¹ Garret ‘Dowlagh’ Barry also went by the nick-name of ‘Dowlagh’ (or in English, of the ringlets.)¹ In 1573 he received a pardon.¹

     James Barry is the son of Garret ‘Dowlagh’ Barry.¹
     He lived at Tanestown, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Rathbarry, Ireland^G.¹ He was living in 1601.¹ He was living in 1630.¹

     John Barry is the son of James Barry.¹
     He was a page of honour to David Barry, 2nd Viscount Buttevant.¹ He lived at Rathbarry, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Tanestown, Ireland^G.¹ In 1641 he forfeited his rights to the barony of Olethan to the Earl of Inchiquin.¹

     Richard Barry was the son of David Fitz David Barry, 3rd Lord Barry and Maud de Boulltron.¹ He married Beatrice Carew, daughter of Nicholas Carew, in 1320.¹ He died in 1335.¹
     He lived at Manorbier Castle, Pembrokeshire, Wales^G.¹

     Beatrice Carew is the daughter of Nicholas Carew.¹ She married Richard Barry, son of David Fitz David Barry, 3rd Lord Barry and Maud de Boulltron, in 1320.¹
     From 1320, her married name became Barry.¹

     Avice Barry was the daughter of Richard Barry and Beatrice Carew.¹ She died on 15 August 1358, a widow.¹

     Sir Robert Barry was the son of David Fitz David Barry, 3rd Lord Barry and Maud de Boulltron.¹ He married Joan fitz Thomas, daughter of Thomas fitz Maurice.¹ He died in 1345, killed by the MacDermada.¹
     He lived at Dungourney Castle, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹ In 1315 he was seized in fee of Castle Dungourney.¹ In 1339 he was summoned to Parliament.¹

     Joan fitz Thomas is the daughter of Thomas fitz Maurice.¹ She married Sir Robert Barry, son of David Fitz David Barry, 3rd Lord Barry and Maud de Boulltron.¹
     Her married name became Barry.¹

     Robert Barry was the son of Sir Robert Barry and Joan fitz Thomas.¹ He died, without issue.¹
