She was the daughter of Jaime de Bragança, Duque de Bragança and Joanna de Mendoza.¹ She married Duarte de Aviz, Duque de Guimarães, son of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla, on 23 April 1537. She died on 16 September 1576 at Villa Vicosa, Evora, Spain^G. She was buried at Villa Vicosa, Evora, Spain^G.

     Theodosius de Bragança, Duque de Bragança was born in 1510. He was the son of Jaime de Bragança, Duque de Bragança and Joanna de Mendoza.¹ He married Isabel de Lemos, daughter of Denis de Lemos, Conde de Lemos, on 25 June 1542. He died on 20 September 1563 at Villa Vicosa, Evora, Spain^G.
     He gained the title of Duque de Bragança.¹

     Isabel de Lemos was the daughter of Denis de Lemos, Conde de Lemos.¹ She married Theodosius de Bragança, Duque de Bragança, son of Jaime de Bragança, Duque de Bragança and Joanna de Mendoza, on 25 June 1542. She died in 1558.¹ She was also reported to have died on 27 August 1578. She was buried at Villa Vicosa, Evora, Spain^G.

     Denis de Lemos, Conde de Lemos gained the title of Conde de Lemos.¹

     João I de Bragança, Duque de Bragança was born before 1547.¹ He was the son of Theodosius de Bragança, Duque de Bragança and Isabel de Lemos.¹ He married Catarina de Guimarães, daughter of Duarte de Aviz, Duque de Guimarães and Isabel de Bragança, on 8 December 1563. He died on 22 March 1583 at Villa Vicosa, Evora, Spain^G.
     He gained the title of Duque de Bragança.¹

     Beatriz de Aviz, Infanta de Portugal was born on 31 December 1504 at Lisbon, Portugal.^1,2 She was the daughter of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla.¹ She married Carlo III, Duca di Savoia, son of Filippo II, Duca di Savoia and Claudine de Brosse-Penthièvre, in 1521.¹ She died on 8 January 1538 at age 33 at Nice, France.^1,2
     She gained the title of Infanta de Portugal.¹

     Carlo III, Duca di Savoia was born on 10 October 1486.¹ He was the son of Filippo II, Duca di Savoia and Claudine de Brosse-Penthièvre.^3,4 He married Beatriz de Aviz, Infanta de Portugal, daughter of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla, in 1521.¹ He died on 17 August 1553 at age 66.¹
     Carlo III, Duca di Savoia also went by the nick-name of Carlo ‘the Good’.³ He succeeded as the Duca di Savoia in 1504.¹

     Luiz de Aviz, Duque de Beja was born in 1506.¹ He was the son of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla.¹ He died in 1555.¹
     He gained the title of Duque de Beja.¹

     Anthony de Aviz was born in 1531.¹ He was the son of Luiz de Aviz, Duque de Beja.¹ He died in 1595.¹
     He held the office of Prior of Crato Claimant in 1580.¹

     Ferdinando de Aviz, Principe de Portugal was born in 1507.¹ He was the son of Manuel I de Aviz, Rei de Portugal and Maria de Castilla y Aragón, Infanta de Castilla.¹ He married Guyomar de Coutinh, daughter of Francis de Coutinh, in 1529.¹ He died in 1534.¹
     He gained the title of Principe Ferdinando de Portugal.¹
