Luiz I de Bragança e Saxe-Coburgo-Gotha, Rei de Portugal was born on 31 October 1838 at Lisbon, PortugalG. He was the son of Ferdinand II August Prinz von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld and Maria da Glória de Bragança, Rainha de Portugal.3 He married Maria Pia di Savoia-Carignano, Principessa di Savoia, daughter of Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia-Carignano, Re di Sardegna and Adelheid Franziska Erzherzogin von Österreich, on 6 October 1862 at Lisbon, PortugalG. He died on 19 October 1889 at age 50 at Cascais, PortugalG.1
He succeeded as the Rei Luiz I de Portugal in 1861.3

Louis Philippe Albert d‘Orléans, Prince héréditaire de France was born on 24 August 1838 at Palais de Tuileries, Paris, FranceG.3 He was the son of Ferdinand Philippe d‘Orléans, Prince héréditaire de France and Helene Luise Elisabeth Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.3 He married Maria Isabella de Orléans y de Borbón, Infante de España, daughter of Antoine Marie Philippe Louis d‘Orléans, Prince d’Orléans and Maria Luisa Fernanda de Borbón, Infanta de España, on 30 May 1864 at Kingston-upon-Thames, London, EnglandG.3 He died on 8 September 1894 at age 56 at Stow, Devon, EnglandG.3
Louis Philippe Albert d’Orléans, Prince héréditaire de France usually went by his middle name of Philippe.4 He gained the title of Comte de Paris in 1838.1 He gained the title of Prince héréditaire Louis Philippe de France in 1842.1
