     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg (styled as HH Princess of Saxe-Altenburg.²) She was given the name of Charlotte Agnes Ernestine August Bathildis Marie Therese Adolfine von Sachsen-Altenburg at birth.²

     Ernst II Bernhard Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg was born on 31 August 1871 at Altenburg, Germany^G.² He was the son of Moritz Franz Friedrich Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg and Auguste Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen.² He married Friederike Adelheid Marie Luise Hilda Eugenie Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe, daughter of Wilhelm Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Bathildis Prinzessin von Anhalt-Dessau, on 27 February 1898 at Bückeburg, Niedersachsen, Germany^G.² He and Friederike Adelheid Marie Luise Hilda Eugenie Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe were divorced on 17 January 1920.² He married Maria Martha Triebel on 15 July 1934 at Schloss Fröhliche Wiederkunft, Neustadt, Germany^G, in a morganatic marriage.² He died on 22 March 1955 at age 83 at Schloss Fröhliche Wiederkunft, Neustadt, Germany^G.²
     He was given the name of Ernst Bernhard Georg Johann Karl Friedrich Peter Albrecht von Sachsen-Altenburg at birth.³ He gained the title of Herzog Ernst II von Sachsen-Altenburg (styled as Reigning Duke of Saxe-Altenburg) on 13 May 1907.³ He abdicated as Reigning Duke of Saxe-Altenburg on 13 November 1918.²

     Friederike Adelheid Marie Luise Hilda Eugenie Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe was born on 22 September 1875 at Ratiboritz^G. She was the daughter of Wilhelm Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Bathildis Prinzessin von Anhalt-Dessau. She married Ernst II Bernhard Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg, son of Moritz Franz Friedrich Prinz von Sachsen-Altenburg and Auguste Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen, on 27 February 1898 at Bückeburg, Niedersachsen, Germany^G.² She and Ernst II Bernhard Herzog von Sachsen-Altenburg were divorced on 17 January 1920.² She died on 27 January 1971 at age 95 at Ballenstedt, Germany^G.

     Barbara Irene Adelheid Viktoria Elisabeth Bathildis Prinzessin von Preußen was born on 2 August 1920 at Hemmelmark, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Wilhelm Viktor Karl August Heinrich Sigismund Prinz von Preußen and Charlotte Agnes Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg.¹ She married Christian Ludwig Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, son of Friedrich Franz IV Michael Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Alexandra Luise Prinzessin von Hannover, on 5 July 1954 at Glücksburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G, in a civil marriage.² Barbara Irene Adelheid Viktoria Elisabeth Bathildis and Christian Ludwig were also married in a religious ceremony on 11 July 1954 at Glücksburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G. She died on 31 May 1994 at age 73.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Preußen (styled as HRH Princess of Prussia.¹) She was adopted by Irene Luise Maria Anna Prinzessin von Hessen und bei Rhein on 23 January 1953.² From 5 July 1954, her married name became Prinzessin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.²

     Christian Ludwig Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin was born on 29 September 1912.² He was the son of Friedrich Franz IV Michael Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Alexandra Luise Prinzessin von Hannover.³ He married Barbara Irene Adelheid Viktoria Elisabeth Bathildis Prinzessin von Preußen, daughter of Wilhelm Viktor Karl August Heinrich Sigismund Prinz von Preußen and Charlotte Agnes Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg, on 5 July 1954 at Glücksburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G, in a civil marriage.² Christian Ludwig and Barbara Irene Adelheid Viktoria Elisabeth Bathildis were also married in a religious ceremony on 11 July 1954 at Glücksburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G.      Alexandra Luise Prinzessin von Hannover was born on 29 September 1882 at Gmunden, Ober-Osterreich, Austria^G.¹ She was the daughter of Ernst August II Wilhelm Adolf Georg Friedrich Prinz von Hannover and Thyra Amelia Caroline Charlotte Anne zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, Princess of Denmark. She married Friedrich Franz IV Michael Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, son of Friedrich Franz III Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Anastasiya Mikhailovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia, on 7 June 1904 at Gmunden, Ober-Osterreich, Austria^G.¹ She died on 30 August 1963 at age 80 at Glücksburg Castle, Holstein, Germany^G.²
     She gained the title of Princess Alexandra of Hanover.³ She gained the title of HRH Princess Alexandra of the United Kingdom.³ She was given the name of Alexandra Luise Marie Olga Elisabeth Therese Vera at birth.³

     Edwina Prinzessin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin was born on 25 September 1960 at Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany^G.² She is the daughter of Christian Ludwig Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Barbara Irene Adelheid Viktoria Elisabeth Bathildis Prinzessin von Preußen.² She married Konrad von Posern in November 1995.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Mecklenburg-Schwerin.² From November 1995, her married name became von Posern.

     Alfred Friedrich Ernst Heinrich Conrad Prinz von Preußen was born on 17 August 1924 at Finca Santa Sofia, Guatemala^G.¹ He was also reported to have been born on 2 August 1924. He was the son of Wilhelm Viktor Karl August Heinrich Sigismund Prinz von Preußen and Charlotte Agnes Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg.¹ He married Maritza Farkas, daughter of Julius Farkas and Ilona von Literaty, on 15 December 1984 at Southampton, Suffolk County, New York, U.S.A.^G.¹ He died on 3 June 2013 at age 88 at San Jose, Costa Rica.²
     He gained the title of Prinz von Preußen (styled as HRH Prince of Prussia.¹)

     Maritza Farkas was born on 6 August 1929 at Gombaszog, Czechoslovakia.¹ She was the daughter of Julius Farkas and Ilona von Literaty.¹ She married Dirk van Wilpe between 1945 and 1963.¹ She and Dirk van Wilpe were divorced in 1963.² She married Alfred Friedrich Ernst Heinrich Conrad Prinz von Preußen, son of Wilhelm Viktor Karl August Heinrich Sigismund Prinz von Preußen and Charlotte Agnes Prinzessin von Sachsen-Altenburg, on 15 December 1984 at Southampton, Suffolk County, New York, U.S.A.^G.¹ She died in 1996.³
