     Anne Sherard was the daughter of William Sherard, 1st Baron Sherard and Abigail Cave.1 She married Nicholas Vaux, 3rd Earl of Banbury, son of William Knollys, 1st Earl of Banbury and Lady Elizabeth Howard, on 4 October 1655 at Stapleford, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 She died on 6 March 1679/80 at Harrowden Magna, England.1 She was buried on 10 March 1679/80 at Boughton, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 She died intestate and her estate was administered on 21 June 1681.1
     From 4 October 1655, her married name became Knollys.1
