     General Denzil Onslow was the son of Middleton Onslow and Anne Borrett.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Anne Catherine Petre, daughter of Robert Edward Petre, 9th Baron Petre and Anne Howard, on 7 August 1796.2 He married, secondly, Sophia Lushington, daughter of Sir Stephen Lushington, 1st Bt. and Hester Boldero, on 20 September 1800.3 He died on 21 August 1838.3
     He lived at Stoughton House, Huntingdonshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Huntingdonshire in 1833.2
