     Harriet Codner is the daughter of Major Tom Codner.² She married Sir Arthur Gareth Ludovic Emrys Rhys Williams, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Brandon Meredith Rhys Williams, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Susan Foster, on 14 September 1996.¹
     From 14 September 1996, her married name became Rhys Williams.
