     Margaret Rosalys Mirrlees was born on 21 February 1898 at Tongad, Natal, South Africa.² She was the daughter of William Julius Mirrlees and Emily Lina Moncrieff.¹ She married Lewis Aubrey Coker, son of Colonel Lewis Edmund Coker and Frances Gertrude Tobin, on 30 June 1920 at Chesterton, Oxfordshire, England.^1,2
     From 30 June 1920, her married name became Coker.¹

     John Cadwallader Coker was born on 20 January 1887.¹ He was the son of Colonel Lewis Edmund Coker and Frances Gertrude Tobin.¹ He died on 26 September 1914 at age 27, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the South Wales Borderers.¹

     John Aubrey Coker was the son of Lewis Coker and Caroline Agnes Pitman.¹ He died on 9 September 1880.¹
