     Caroline Agnes Pitman was baptised on 1 October 1826 at Dunchideock, Devon, England.1 She was the daughter of James Pitman and Catherine Harris.1 She married Lewis Coker, son of Thomas Lewis Coker and Charlotte Aubrey, on 23 March 1848 at St. Thomas, Devon, England.1,2 She died on 9 August 1904 at age 77.2
     From 23 March 1848, her married name became Coker.1
