Urith Pole was the daughter of Sir John Pole, 3rd Bt. and Anne Morice.3 She married Sir John Trevelyan, 2nd Bt., son of Sir George Trevelyan, 1st Bt. and Mary Willoughby, in 1693.3 She died in 1697.3
From 1693, her married name became Trevelyan.
