     Domnall O’Neill, King of Ulster was the son of Henry ‘Aimhreidh’ O’Neill and Affric O’Neill.² He died in 1432, killed in a skirmish.¹
     He fought in the Battle of Dundalk in 1399, where he was taken by the English, and sent to the Tower of London.¹ In 1401 he was ransomed.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1404.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1410.¹ Between 1410 and 1414 he struggled with his eventual successor Eoghan O’Neill, who held him prisoner.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1414.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1419.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1421.¹

     Niall ‘Og’ O’Neill, King of Ulster was the son of Niall ‘Mor’ O’Neill, King of Ulster and Beanmidhe MacMahon.² He married Una O’Neill, daughter of Domnall O’Neill.¹ He died in 1403.¹
     Niall ‘Og’ O’Neill, King of Ulster also went by the nick-name of ‘Ua Neill Mor’ (or in English, ‘The Great O’Neill’), a sobriquet used by the heads of this branch to distinguish them from their rivals of the senior or Clannaboy branch.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1394 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, by King Richard II.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1394.¹

     Una O’Neill was the daughter of Domnall O’Neill.² She married Niall ‘Og’ O’Neill, King of Ulster, son of Niall ‘Mor’ O’Neill, King of Ulster and Beanmidhe MacMahon.¹ She died in 1417.¹
     Her married name became O’Neill.

     Eoghan O’Neill, King of Ulster was the son of Niall ‘Og’ O’Neill, King of Ulster and Una O’Neill.² He married, firstly, Catherine MacMahon, daughter of Ardghal MacMahon, King of MacMahon.¹ He married, secondly, Evelyn Barret.¹ He died in 1456.¹
     He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1410.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1414.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1419.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1421.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1432.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1455 in favour of his son.¹

     Ardghal MacMahon, King of MacMahon died circa 1416.¹
     He gained the title of King of MacMahon in 1402.¹

     Catherine MacMahon was the daughter of Ardghal MacMahon, King of MacMahon.² She married Eoghan O’Neill, King of Ulster, son of Niall ‘Og’ O’Neill, King of Ulster and Una O’Neill.¹ She died in 1427.¹
     Her married name became O’Neill.

     Henry O’Neill, King of Ulster was the son of Eoghan O’Neill, King of Ulster and Catherine MacMahon.² He married, secondly, Gormfhlaith Kavanagh, daughter of Donncladh MacMurrough Kavanagh, King of Leinster.¹ He married, thirdly, Joan MacMahon.¹ He married, firstly, Síle Burke before 1441.¹ He died on 15 June 1489.¹
     He tried to divorce his second wife in favour of another Burke lady, the wife of Neachtan O’Donell, King of Tir Conaill.¹ In 1452 he was forced to take his second wife back by her uncle, 4th Earl of Ormonde.¹ He gained the title of King of Ulster in 1455.¹ He abdicated as King of Ulster in 1483 in favour of his son.¹

     Síle Burke married Henry O’Neill, King of Ulster, son of Eoghan O’Neill, King of Ulster and Catherine MacMahon, before 1441.¹
     From before 1441, her married name became O’Neill.

     unknown daughter O’Brien was the daughter of Sir Donough O’Brien, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Deane.¹ She died, unmarried.¹
