     From 25 September 1869, her married name became Dowbiggin.¹

     Reverend Richard Thomas Dowbiggin married Letitia Anne Layard, daughter of Sir Charles Peter Layard and Louisa Anne Edwards, on 25 September 1869.¹
     He had two other sons and two daughters.¹ He was with the Church Missionary Society at Cotta, Sri Lanka.¹

     Clemence Layard was born on 5 March 1846.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Charles Peter Layard and Louisa Anne Edwards.¹

     Ada Alexandrina Julius was the daughter of Alfred Alexander Julius.¹ She married Sir Charles Peter Layard, son of Sir Charles Peter Layard and Louisa Anne Edwards, on 15 April 1882 at Kandy, Sri Lanka.¹ She died on 20 November 1934.¹
     From 15 April 1882, her married name became Layard.¹

     Raymond Julius Layard was born on 22 April 1886.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Peter Layard and Ada Alexandrina Julius.¹ He married Florence Stewart Mix, daughter of Arthur Mix, on 4 August 1928.¹ He died on 1 November 1969 at age 83.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, with the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Florence Stewart Mix is the daughter of Arthur Mix.¹ She married Raymond Julius Layard, son of Sir Charles Peter Layard and Ada Alexandrina Julius, on 4 August 1928.¹
     From 4 August 1928, her married name became Layard.¹ She lived in 1972 at Flat 62, 29 Hallam Street, London, England.¹
