     Marie Katherine von Braunschweig-Lüneburg-Dannenberg was born on 9 June 1616 at Dannenberg, Germany^G. She was the daughter of Julius Ernst Herzog von Braunschweig-Lüneburg-Dannenberg and Marie von Ostfriesland. She married Adolf Friedrich I von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, son of Johann VII Herzog von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Sophie von Holstein-Gottorp, on 15 September 1635 at Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany^G. She died on 1 July 1665 at age 49.
     She was a member of the House of Guelph.

     Sir John Abdy, 4th Bt. was born circa 1714.¹ He was the son of Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt. and Theodosia Bramstone.¹ He died on 1 April 1759, unmarried.¹ He was buried at Stapleford Abbots, Essex, England^G.¹ His will (dated 31 December 1757 to 16 April 1758) was proven (by probate) on 19 April 1759.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 11 July 1732.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Essex between 1748 and 1759.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Abdy, of Albyns [in Stapleford Abbots], Essex [E., 1660] on 27 August 1748.¹
     On his death, his Baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Robert Abdy was born circa 1715.¹ He was the son of Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt. and Theodosia Bramstone.¹ He died in 1735, unmarried.¹
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 11 July 1732.¹

     Theodosia Abdy was born between 1712 and 1732. She was the daughter of Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt. and Theodosia Bramstone.¹ She and Reverend Stotherd Abdy obtained a marriage license on 14 March 1752.^1,2 She died in 1758, without issue.¹

     Reverend Stotherd Abdy was born circa 1728.² He was the son of Sir William Abdy, 4th Bt. and Mary Stotherd.² He and Theodosia Abdy obtained a marriage license on 14 March 1752.^1,2 He and Harriot Altham obtained a marriage license on 31 July 1759.² He died on 5 April 1773, without issue.²
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was the Rector at Thaydon Gernon, Essex, England^G.¹ He held the office of Prebendary of St. Paul’s in 1771.² He held the office of Archdeacon of Essex between 1771 and 1773.²

     Anthony Abdy was baptised on 16 March 1615.¹ He was the son of Anthony Abdy and Abigail Campbell.¹ He died in January 1621/22 at age 6.¹ He was buried on 16 January 1621/22.¹

     Jane Abdy was born between 1712 and 1731. She was the daughter of Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt. and Theodosia Bramstone.¹ She died, young.¹

     Anne Abdy was born circa 1689. She was the daughter of Sir John Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Jane Nicholas.¹

     Jane Abdy was born on 19 March 1690.¹ She was the daughter of Sir John Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Jane Nicholas.¹ She married Reverend Edward Crank on 18 February 1732.¹
     From 18 February 1732, her married name became Crank.¹
