     Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 8 April 1688.¹ He was the son of Sir John Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Jane Nicholas.¹ He married Theodosia Bramstone, daughter of George Bramstone and Rebecca Wood, on 5 July 1711 at St. Christopher le Stocks, London, England^G.¹ He died on 27 August 1748 at age 60.¹ He was buried at Stapleford Abbots, Essex, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Abdy, of Albyns [in Stapleford Abbots], Essex [E., 1660] in 1691.¹ He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 4 August 1705.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Essex between 1727 and 1748.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹
     He was described as ” a Great Antiquarian and and a true Patriot.”¹

     Theodosia Bramstone was born on 1 March 1696 at London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of George Bramstone and Rebecca Wood.¹ She was baptised on 3 March 1696 at St. Benet’s, Paul’s Wharf, London, England^G.¹ She married Sir John Abdy, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Abdy, 2nd Bt. and Jane Nicholas, on 5 July 1711 at St. Christopher le Stocks, London, England^G.¹ She died on 8 August 1732 at age 36.¹
     From 5 July 1711, her married name became Abdy.¹

     Heinrich Herzog von Sachsen-Romhild was born on 19 November 1650. He was the son of Ernst I Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg and Elisabeth Sophie von Sachsen-Altenburg. He married Marie Elisabeth von Hessen-Darmstadt, daughter of Ludwig VI Landgraf von Hessen-Darmstadt and Marie Elisabeth Prinzessin von Holstein-Gottorp, on 1 March 1676. He died on 13 May 1710 at age 59 at Romhild^G.
     He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Romhild in 1680.

     Sophie Henriette von Waldeck was born on 3 August 1662. She was the daughter of Georg Friedrich Graf von Waldeck and Elisabeth Charlotte von Nassau-Siegen. She married Ernst Herzog von Sachsen-Hildburghausen, son of Ernst I Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg and Elisabeth Sophie von Sachsen-Altenburg, on 30 November 1680. She died on 15 October 1702 at age 40.

     Georg Friedrich Graf von Waldeck was born on 31 January 1620. He married Elisabeth Charlotte von Nassau-Siegen, daughter of Wilhelm Graf von Nassau-Siegen, on 29 November 1643. He died on 19 November 1692 at age 72.
     He gained the title of Graf von Waldeck.

     Ernst Herzog von Sachsen-Hildburghausen was born on 12 July 1655. He was the son of Ernst I Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg and Elisabeth Sophie von Sachsen-Altenburg. He married Sophie Henriette von Waldeck, daughter of Georg Friedrich Graf von Waldeck and Elisabeth Charlotte von Nassau-Siegen, on 30 November 1680. He died on 17 October 1715 at age 60.
     He was a member of the House of Wettin. He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Hildburghausen in 1680.

     Anne Marie von Ostfriesland is the daughter of Enno III Graf von Ostfriesland and Anne von Holstein-Gottorp.

     George Bramstone is the son of Sir Moundiford Bramston.²
     He was a Master at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.)¹

     Christine von Baden-Durlach was born on 22 April 1645 at Wolgast, Germany^G. She was the daughter of Friedrich VI Markgraf von Baden-Durlach and Christine Magdalen von Zweibrücken. She married Friedrich I Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg, son of Ernst I Herzog von Sachsen-Coburg and Elisabeth Sophie von Sachsen-Altenburg, on 14 August 1681 at Anspach^G. She died on 21 December 1705 at age 60 at Altenburg, Germany^G.

     Antonie Sybille von Barby-Muhlingen was born on 7 April 1641. She was the daughter of Albrecht Friedrich Graf von Barby-Muhlingen and Sophie Ursula von Oldenburg. She married Christian Wilhelm Prinz von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, son of Anton Günther I Graf von Schwarzburg-Sondershausen and Marie Magdalen von Birkenfeld, on 22 August 1673. She died on 2 May 1684 at age 43.
