     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Reserve.¹

     Constance Studdert was the daughter of Richard Massy Studdert and Rosalie Frances Frings.² She married F. M. David.¹ She died on 16 November 1917.¹
     Her married name became David.¹

     George Massy Studdert was the son of Richard Studdert and Frances Massy.² He died on 4 November 1861, unmarried.¹

     Jane Selina Nathan was the daughter of Isaac Nathan.¹ She married John Foulis, son of Sir James Foulis of Woodhall, 7th Bt. and Agnes Grieve, on 25 June 1844.¹ She died in 1871.¹

     Janet Agnes Harriet Liston Foulis was the daughter of Sir William Liston Foulis of Woodhall, 8th Bt. and Mary Anne Cadell.¹ She married Major Irvine Low, son of General Sir John Low and Augusta Ludlow Shakespear, on 29 November 1865.¹ She died on 14 October 1914.¹
     From 29 November 1865, her married name became Low.¹
