     Reverend Henry Charles Hawley was born on 31 July 1823.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Hawley, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Elizabeth Shaw.² He married Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith, daughter of Sir Michael Cusack-Smith, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Moore, on 21 October 1845.¹ He died on 16 February 1877 at age 53.¹
     He was the Rector at Leybourne, Kent, England^G.¹

     Sir Michael Cusack-Smith, 3rd Bt. was born on 21 December 1793.² He was the son of Sir William Cusack-Smith, 2nd Bt. and Hester Berry.² He married Elizabeth Moore, daughter of Charles Patrick Moore, in 1820.² He died on 16 May 1859 at age 65 at Leybourne Rectory, Kent, England.²
     He gained the rank of officer in the 3rd Light Dragoon and 11th Hussars.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Smith, of Newton, King’s County [I., 1799] on 21 August 1836.²

     Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith was the daughter of Sir Michael Cusack-Smith, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Moore.^2,3 She married Reverend Henry Charles Hawley, son of Sir Henry Hawley, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Elizabeth Shaw, on 21 October 1845.¹ She died on 8 April 1911.¹
     From 21 October 1845, her married name became Hawley.

     William Fairfax, 3rd Viscount Fairfax of Emley was born on 6 June 1620.¹ He was the son of Thomas Fairfax, 2nd Viscount Fairfax of Emley and Alathea Howard.¹ He married Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Alexander Smith.¹ He died in 1648.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Fairfax of Emley, co. Tipperary [I., 1629] on 24 September 1641.¹

     Reverend Charles Cusack Hawley was born on 31 May 1851.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² He died on 18 August 1914 at age 63.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector between 1877 and 1914 at Leybourne, Kent, England^G.¹ He held the office of Hon. Canon of Rochester.¹ He held the office of Rural Dean (R.D.) for Malling.¹

     Frederick William Hawley was born on 8 November 1854.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² He died on 20 October 1936 at age 81.¹

     Arthur Cecil Hawley was born on 6 February 1862.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² He died on 21 January 1945 at age 82, unmarried.¹

     Edith Catherine Hawley was the daughter of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² She died on 15 January 1941, unmarried.¹

     Ada Mary Hawley was the daughter of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² She died on 27 May 1938, unmarried.¹

     Kathleen Augusta Hawley was the daughter of Reverend Henry Charles Hawley and Mary Elizabeth Cusack-Smith.² She died on 7 August 1945, unmarried.¹
