     Reverend Vernon George Guise was born on 5 September 1823.1 He was the son of General Sir John Wright Guise, 3rd Bt. and Charlotte Diana Vernon.2 He married Mary Harriet Lane, daughter of Robert Lane, on 2 December 1852.1 He died on 10 March 1861 at age 37.1
     He was the Rector at Longhope, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

John Thomson and Bathurst Burrell.1 He was baptised on 15 November 1817 at IndiaG.1 He married Margaret Elizabeth Mandeville Hackett, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Mandeville Mandeville-Hackett and Marguerite Gledsdale, on 26 July 1843 at Cannanore, IndiaG.1 He died on 21 May 1859 at age 41 at Victoria Hotel, Madras, IndiaG.1 He was buried at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Madras, IndiaG.1
     He gained the rank of Brigade Major in the 8th Madras Native Infantry.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 9th Madras Native Infantry.1 He lived at Ballingall, Fife, Scotland.2
